Managing Conflict and Performance

In the current business environment the impact of even one poor performer in a team is significant. However, most managers admit that they hate having to deal with someone who is not performing well.

In many, if not most, cases the manager just ignores the problem or passes the problem performer on to someone else. This is not only bad for the business, it is also bad for the person concerned.
